In plain English
Each section ends with a plain-English summary in a grey box. The full legal text sits right above it.
NEVEROVER SRL wants neverover.com to work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains what we're aiming for, what we've done so far, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
1. Our commitment
We are committed to making our website accessible and to keeping it that way. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at Level AA, the recognised international standard for digital accessibility.
If you're in the EU
The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) applies to services like ours from 28 June 2025, and our WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA target is set to meet its requirements.
Basically
We're aiming for WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA, the standard the EU Accessibility Act expects from 28 June 2025.
2. Measures we take
To work toward that target, we:
- Build pages with semantic HTML so assistive technology can interpret them correctly;
- Provide descriptive alt text for meaningful images;
- Support keyboard navigation for people who don't use a mouse;
- Maintain readable colour contrast between text and background;
- Run automated and manual testing and fix issues as part of ongoing work.
Basically
We use clean markup, alt text, keyboard support, strong contrast, and regular testing.
3. Conformance status
neverover.com is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts don't yet fully comply. We treat accessibility as ongoing work and keep improving the site over time.
Basically
We're partially conformant today and actively working toward full Level AA.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not be fully accessible yet:
- Third-party widgets — embedded tools such as payment, chat or social media features are partly outside our control;
- Legacy content — some older documents, images or videos may lack full alternative text or captions.
We're working to address these, and your feedback helps us prioritise.
Basically
Third-party tools and some older content aren't perfect yet — we're on it, and your reports help.
5. Feedback & contact
If you hit an accessibility barrier on neverover.com, please tell us — email support@neverover.com and describe the problem and the page it happened on. We aim to respond within a few business days and will do our best to provide the information or help you need.
Basically
Something not working? Email support@neverover.com and we'll usually reply within a few business days.
6. Enforcement / escalation
We'd always rather fix things directly, so please contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the relevant authority for your country.
If you're in the EU
In Romania, the European Accessibility Act is transposed by Law no. 232/2022, and you can raise unresolved accessibility complaints with the competent national enforcement body.
If you're in the UK
You can escalate an unresolved accessibility complaint to the UK's relevant equality and accessibility regulator.
Basically
Contact us first — if we can't resolve it, EU and UK shoppers can escalate to their national regulator.
7. Date
This Accessibility Statement was last reviewed in June 2026. We update it as we make further improvements to the site.
Basically
Last reviewed June 2026, and refreshed as the site improves.
