What countries do you currently ship to?

We ship almost everywhere, express by default — fast, secure and fully tracked, wherever you are.

Estimated delivery times

From the moment your order is marked as shipped:

• Europe — 1 to 3 business days
• United States & Canada — 2 to 4 business days
• Asia & Oceania — 3 to 5 business days
• South America & Africa — 4 to 6 business days

All shipments are express by default, and we assist with customs and duties — handling the documentation up front to minimise delays. Any exceptions are communicated to you in advance.

Where we can’t ship right now

A few destinations are off-limits due to sanctions, legal restrictions or logistics beyond our control:

• North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Syria, Iran, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Sudan and the Crimea region (Ukraine).
• Additionally, due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, we’re temporarily unable to ship to that region.
