Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we can’t guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. This is because we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment immediately after it’s placed, often within minutes.

That said, if you contact us within one hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to intervene before it ships out. Please note that this is not guaranteed — once the order has been handed off to the courier, we can no longer make changes.

At the moment, we don’t offer installment payments — but we’re actively working on it.

We’re in the process of integrating Klarna Pay Later and PayPal Pay in 4, which will allow you to split your purchase into smaller, manageable payments.

We’ll update this section as soon as those options go live, so check back soon for a definitive answer.

Placing an order is quick and straightforward:

2. size and quantity, then click Add to cart
   
3. Checkout securely
   
4. shipping and payment details, then review and confirm your order
   

Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. If you created an account, you can also log in to track your order status and view past purchases.

If a product or size you’re looking for is out of stock, don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to stay in the loop.

Just click the “Remind me” button on the product page, select the size or variant you want, and enter your email. We’ll notify you the moment it’s back in stock.

You’ll also have the option to opt into our email list, so you’ll be first to hear about restocks, new drops, and early access to upcoming products.

Once your order is completed, here’s what happens next:

• Order confirmation – You’ll receive an email confirming that your order was successfully placed, along with a summary of your items

• Processing – We start preparing your order, typically within a few hours

• Shipping confirmation – As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a second email with your tracking link

• Delivery – You can follow your package in real time using the tracking link until it reaches your door
