To start a return, go to our returns portal and follow the steps. You’ll need your order number and the email you used at checkout.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
• Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• All original tags must still be attached
• Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
When starting your return, you’ll be able to:
• Schedule a pickup at your door (available in supported regions)
• Or use a prepaid return label to drop it off at a nearby location
You can choose to receive:
• A refund to your original payment method
• Or store credit for a future order (which never expires and may come with a bonus)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation email.
