We ship everything express by default. Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (often same-day), and we offer flexible return options depending on your location.

• Fulfillment time – Orders are shipped within 48 hours, often the same day if placed before 2 PM

• Carriers –

– DHL Express for international shipping

– SameDay for domestic orders

• Shipping cost – Shipping is free, with no extra charge for express delivery (unless stated during special campaigns)

• Returns – Based on your region, you can return items via:

– Local drop-off points

– Scheduled home pickup

– Locker drop-offs (where available)
