How can I cancel an order?

If you’d like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible — we start processing orders very quickly, so timing is everything.

  • Not shipped yet — we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Already shipped — cancellation isn’t possible, but you can still return it once it arrives.

If you return instead: schedule a pickup, choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit, and as long as the item is unused with its tag attached and within the 30-day window, you’re covered. To start, visit our returns portal. You might also want to change your delivery address.
