We are a limited liability company (societate cu răspundere limitată) registered in Romania. Email is our channel for all enquiries; we do not operate a public phone line.

2. Trademark
Neverover® is a registered trade mark of NEVEROVER SRL, protected as a European Union trade mark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), record EM500000017967246. The Neverover name, logo and related brand identifiers are the exclusive property of NEVEROVER SRL, and using them without our written permission is not allowed.

3. Consumer protection
As a trader selling to consumers, NEVEROVER SRL is subject to Romanian and EU consumer protection law. The authority responsible for enforcing those rules in Romania is the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor, "ANPC"). You can find its guidance and contact details at anpc.ro.

4. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, please email support@neverover.com first — we try to settle every issue directly and quickly. Where we can't reach an agreement, you can use Alternative Dispute Resolution through a national SAL body (Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor), the Romanian out-of-court mechanism for consumer disputes. NEVEROVER SRL is willing to take part in SAL proceedings before a competent body.
We do not refer to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which the European Commission closed on 20 July 2025.

Email us first. If we can't settle it, you can use Romania's out-of-court SAL system, and we're willing to take part.
5. Liability for content
We take care to keep the content on this website accurate and up to date, and we are responsible for our own content under the general laws that apply to us. As a hosting and service provider, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our site, nor to actively search for signs of unlawful activity. If we become aware of a specific legal violation, we will remove or block the relevant content promptly.

We stand behind our own content and fix problems as soon as we know about them, but we don't pre-screen everything users might post.
6. Liability for external links
Our website may link to external sites run by other people. We have no control over their content, so we can't accept responsibility for it — the provider or operator of each linked site is responsible for what appears there. Nothing unlawful was apparent on those sites when we added the links, and if we learn of an infringement we will remove the link without delay.

8. Governing law
This Legal Notice and your use of neverover.com are governed by Romanian law, and the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute connected with it.
If you're in the EU / UK
Choosing Romanian law and Bucharest courts never takes away the mandatory consumer protections — and the right to bring proceedings in your own country's courts — that your local law gives you.

Romanian law and Bucharest courts apply, but EU and UK shoppers keep their local legal rights.
