This Shipping Policy explains how and when we get your order to you — processing times, who carries it, what it costs, and how taxes and customs work depending on where you are. It is issued by NEVEROVER SRL and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Order processing time
We ship fast. Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before our 14:00 cut-off on a business day are typically picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates in Section 5.

2. Where we ship
We ship worldwide, including across the European Union and the United Kingdom, to the United States and Canada, and to Asia, Oceania, South America and Africa. A handful of destinations may be unavailable because of carrier or customs restrictions; if we can't ship to your address, checkout will let you know.

We ship almost everywhere — checkout will flag any address we can't reach.
3. Carriers and tracking
We use trusted express carriers and pick the best one for your destination: DHL, GLS and FedEx for international orders, and Sameday and Cargus within Romania. As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

4. Shipping methods and costs
We ship every order express. Delivery is free once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold for your market; below it, a flat fee applies. Thresholds and the under-threshold fee are:

The exact shipping charge for your order, if any, is always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.
Basically
Shipping is free over EUR 75 / RON 375 / GBP 65 / USD 75; under that, the EUR market pays a €9.99 flat fee, and your exact cost shows at checkout.
5. Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times, counted in business days from dispatch (not from when you order), are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, remote addresses and peak periods can add time, and that part of the journey is outside our control.

6. Taxes and VAT
If you're in the EU / UK
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT is already in the price you see and is collected at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery for our standard EU and UK lanes.
If you're a US resident
Prices are shown without sales tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout, and the total including tax is shown before you confirm your order.
Basically
EU/UK prices include VAT with nothing more to pay on delivery; US orders have sales tax added at checkout.
7. Duties and import charges
For shipments that cross a customs border, how duties and import taxes are handled depends on the lane:
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — we prepay import duties and taxes, so the price at checkout is the final landed cost with no charges to pay on arrival. We use DDP on our major lanes, including the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Delivered at Place / Duty Unpaid (DAP/DDU) — for most other destinations, including Asia, Oceania, South America and Africa, you are the importer of record and may need to pay local import duties and VAT to customs or the carrier before your parcel is released. These charges are set by your country, not by us.
If you're unsure which applies to your country, email us before you order and we'll confirm.
Basically
On DDP lanes (like the UK and US) duties are prepaid; on other lanes you may pay import duties and VAT to customs or the courier on arrival.
8. Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. We dispatch to the address you give us, and we can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email support@neverover.com right away — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to correct it.

Check your address carefully — we ship to what you enter, so tell us fast if it's wrong.
9. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking stalls, your parcel doesn't arrive, or it shows up damaged, contact support@neverover.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
If you're in the EU / UK
The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. While your order is in transit it is our responsibility — so if it is lost or damaged before it reaches you, that is on us to put right.
Basically
Tell us if a parcel is lost or damaged and we'll sort it — and in the EU/UK, anything that goes wrong in transit before delivery is our responsibility.
10. Failed delivery and reattempts
Carriers usually attempt delivery more than once and may leave a card or notification with collection or rescheduling options. If a parcel can't be delivered and is returned to us — for example, because it went unclaimed or the address was wrong — we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge, or a refund for the goods.
Basically
If delivery fails, the carrier will try again or leave instructions; if a parcel comes back to us, we'll arrange redelivery or a refund.
11. Significant delay and your right to cancel
If you're in the EU / UK
We deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout or, where none is specified, within 30 days at most. If we miss that, you can email us to set an additional reasonable period for delivery. If we still fail to deliver within that period, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost, without undue delay.
Basically
EU/UK shoppers: if delivery is badly delayed, give us one more reasonable deadline — miss it and you can cancel for a full refund.
12. Customs documentation
We complete the customs paperwork required to export your order and declare its contents and value accurately and lawfully. We can't undervalue a shipment or mark it as a gift to reduce your import charges. If your customs authority asks you for additional information to release a parcel, please respond promptly so it isn't held or returned.

We declare shipments honestly and can't mislabel value — if customs needs something from you, reply quickly to avoid hold-ups.
