What we can accept back

Three conditions, and they are the whole list. If an item meets them we take it back without asking anything else.

01Within 30 daysThe window runs for 30 days from the day the parcel is delivered to you, not from the day you ordered.

02UnusedTried on is fine. Worn, washed or altered is not — we cannot resell it and we will not pretend otherwise.

03Tag still attachedThe original tag has to be on the garment. It is the fastest way for us to confirm the item is the one that left here.

Warning — if an item arrives worn, washed or without its tag we cannot refund it. We will contact you and send it back to you at our cost rather than quietly keep it.
