Orders leave the warehouse in 24–48 hours, often the same day if you order before 2 PM. Express is the standard service here, not a paid upgrade.
Shipping to Switzerland takes 3–6 days
DHL, GLS or FedEx carries it, dispatched in 24–48 h. Free shipping above your market’s threshold — shown at checkout.

The clock starts when your payment clears, not when you add something to the bag. How long the last leg takes depends on where the parcel is going.

Delivery times by region
Counted from the moment the parcel is with the carrier, not from the moment you order. Shipping itself is calculated at checkout once we know the destination.

Who carries your parcel
You do not pick the carrier — we route the parcel by where it is going. DHL, GLS and FedEx handle international orders; SameDay and FanCourier handle Romania.

Note — a tracking number and a live tracking link are emailed the moment the parcel ships.
What it costs, and where we cannot ship
Shipping is calculated at checkout once we know the destination. Every country we ship to has a free-shipping threshold; the figure for yours appears in the bag before you pay.
Warning — a short list of sanctioned countries is excluded, and the Middle East is paused for now. The country list at checkout is the definitive answer: if a destination is not there, we cannot ship to it yet.
