Can I later change the delivery address for an already confirmed order?

Once an order is confirmed we can’t guarantee the delivery address can be changed, because we start preparing it for shipment almost immediately — often within minutes.

That said, if you contact us within one hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to step in before it ships. Once it’s with the courier, we can no longer make changes. If it’s already on the way, you can cancel or return it instead, or track it to the carrier.
