Do not sell or share my personal information

Last updated 13 June 2026

If you live in California or another US state with opt-out rights, this page explains how to tell NEVEROVER SRL not to "sell" or "share" your personal information — and how we make that easy with a cookie preference centre and automatic Global Privacy Control support.

1. Who this is for

This page is mainly for California residents exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Other US states

If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights to opt out of the sale of your personal data and of its use for targeted advertising. The same controls described below let you exercise them.

2. What "sale" and "sharing" mean here

We do not sell your personal information for money. We never have.

But California law defines these terms broadly. A "sale" covers disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other value, and "sharing" covers disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising — targeting you based on your activity across different sites — even when no money changes hands.

Under those definitions, the advertising and analytics cookies we use, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads / Google Analytics, can count as "sharing." When these tools are active, they send identifiers and browsing events to those platforms to measure and target ads. So even though we don't sell data, opting out below stops this kind of sharing.

3. How to opt out

There are two ways, and either one works:

  • Use our cookie preference centre. Open and reject the Marketing category. That switches off the advertising and analytics cookies that can amount to sharing.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC). We automatically honor the GPC browser signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser — no form to fill in.

4. Authorized agents

You can ask an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request for you. We'll act on a valid agent request, and we may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and verify your identity directly, before we process it.

5. What happens after you opt out

Once you opt out, we stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the affected cookies. Because cookie choices are stored per browser and device, you'll need to opt out again on each browser or device you use, and if you clear your cookies. You can still browse and shop exactly as before.

6. Non-discrimination

We will never discriminate against you for using your privacy rights. Opting out won't change the price you pay, the products you can buy, or the level of service you get from us.

7. Your other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or delete it, and to correct it. Our Privacy policy explains all of these rights and how to use them.
