Hue and Nova have a firm high-rise waistband for training. SecondSkin has a second-skin waistband that lies flat under clothes, and the SecondSkin V-Waist Everyday Leggings wrap into a V at the front. Velum and Linea use a wide rib waistband. Hue, Nova and SecondSkin are 80% polyamide, 20% elastane. Velum and Linea are 90% nylon, 10% spandex.

They are cut not to. The waistband sits above the hip, and in the sculpting knits, Hue, Nova, SecondSkin and Linea, it grips best when the leggings fit close. That is why their fit notes suggest the smaller size if you are between two.
