Is a point worth the same in every country?Yes. We price at parity, so the same order earns the same points in lei, euros, pounds, francs or dollars. 500 points take 25 lei off in Romania and 5 off in euros, pounds, francs or dollars.Can I lose my tier?No. Tiers are based on lifetime earned points, so redeeming points or a quiet season never moves you down.Where do I spend points?On the NO Points screen in your account. Points turn into a single-use code for your account, valued in your own currency, that you apply at checkout.When do points land?An order shows its points as pending straight away. They unlock 30 days after delivery, once the free return window closes.What if I return something?Returned items never earn. If a refund comes after the points unlocked, we take those points back, and if that leaves your balance below zero we cancel your newest unused reward code to cover it.Do reviews or referrals earn points?Not yet. They are coming soon, and this page will say so when they start.
