What’s your shipping policy?

Everything ships express by default — fast, fully tracked, and with no upgrade needed.

The essentials

• Processing — order before 2 PM and we usually ship the same day. Otherwise your order leaves within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Carriers — DHL, GLS and FedEx internationally, plus SameDay and FanCourier for deliveries within Romania.
• Shipping cost — calculated at checkout based on your destination, with free express shipping above your country’s threshold. See What are the shipping costs? for the full rate table.
• Delivery — express everywhere, typically 1–6 business days depending on region. See What is the delivery time?.
