How do I return an item?

Sometimes a piece just doesn’t feel right — wrong fit, change of mind, whatever it is, we’ve made returns simple. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and returns are on us.

To start, head to our returns portal with your order number and the email you used at checkout.

What to keep in mind

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • The original tag must still be attached. Once it’s removed the item can’t be returned — it says so on the tag itself.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear can’t be returned.

How it works

  • Schedule a pickup at your door (in supported regions) or drop off with a prepaid label — either way, we cover the cost.
  • Choose a refund to your original payment method, or store credit for a future order (it never expires and may come with a bonus).
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we process it and email you — typically within 10–14 days.

Your rights as an EU shopper

Our 30-day window is on top of your statutory rights. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for faulty items. If we can’t resolve something together, you can contact ANPC or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
