Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. We don’t offer store credit at this time — but we’re actively working on it.
Here’s how the refund process works:
• When your returned item arrives at our facility, it’s inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging
• Most importantly, the item must have the original tag still attached — as clearly stated on the tag itself: “Once this tag is removed, the product cannot be returned”
• If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days
Refund details:
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal)
• Once processed on our end, your payment provider may take an additional 1–5 business days to reflect the funds in your account
You’ll receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued.
