How much time does it take to process my order and ship it?

Quickly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, and often the same day.

• Same-day shipping — order before 2 PM and we usually ship it out that same day.
• Processing window — every order ships within a maximum of 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Express as standard — every order ships express, no upgrade needed.
• Carriers — DHL, GLS or FedEx internationally, and SameDay or FanCourier within Romania.
