Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours — and in many cases, they leave our facility the same day.

• Same-day shipping – If your order is placed before 2 PM, we usually ship it out that same day

• Processing window – All orders are shipped within a maximum of 48 hours, excluding weekends or holidays

• Express as standard – Every order is shipped via express shipping (no upgrade needed)

• Carrier pickup – Once packed, your order is picked up by either DHL Express (international) or SameDay (domestic)

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track everything from your account dashboard if you created an account.
