How long does it usually take to get my money back for a return?

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition, we typically process the refund within 3 business days.

After that, the time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

• Credit or debit card: 1 to 3 business days

• PayPal: up to 5 business days

• Store credit: issued instantly once the return is approved

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed on our end.
