How does the point system work?
Every order earns NO Points. They unlock 30 days after delivery and turn into a single-use code you apply at checkout.
Every order earns points, and the same order earns the same points in every currency we sell in. A new order shows its points as pending, and they unlock 30 days after delivery, once the free return window closes. If an order is refunded later, its points come back off your balance.
On the NO Points screen in your account, 500 points take 25 lei or 5 euros, pounds, francs or dollars off, up to 2,500 points for 125 lei or 25. Each code is single use, works only on your account and stays valid for 90 days.
Lifetime points set your Bronze, Silver, Gold or Onyx tier, and redeeming never moves you down. Tier perks, reviews and referrals do not earn anything yet. They are coming soon.
You need a free customer account so we can attribute your points. Earning starts with your first order.
