How do I get my money back?

Once your return is received and approved, you choose how to get your money back: a refund to your original payment method, or store credit for a future order (store credit never expires and may come with a bonus).

How the refund process works

  • When your item arrives, we inspect it against our return conditions.
  • It must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with the original tag still attached — as printed on the tag: “Once this tag is removed, the product cannot be returned.” For hygiene reasons, underwear isn’t returnable.
  • If everything checks out, refunds typically complete within 10–14 days. Store credit is issued almost immediately after approval.
